phew. i just had my first combined rehearsal for my december big concert in esplanade. me (the amadeus choral society) and the SLO chorus.it was sppose to be in thursday bt i guess some one got the day mixed up. thank kgod thai music was on a break till next january. oh the yishun jc and the acjc did nat managed to come today. exams reason or something. i think the overall strenght is about 150 people. whee.. anyways, my favourite choral conductor, music maestro and friend, Dr goh toh chai was conducting us. we managed to sing, quite beautifully actually, john rutter’s magnificat, the first movement, the second last movement and something in between that has a fast number to it. i had tons of fun. even though i had a rough day, well kinda. these few days have been completeky crazy and busy for me. preparing for the school speech day, and i was designing the program notes for the speech day. and i am performing, yes, did i told you that i am performing in front of complete strangers. i am singing with a few other teachers. our own rendition of green day’s time of my life. with guitar, and mind you, cello and violin accompaniement. whee.. we practice hard and we are tight dawg! some of the teachers even came up with the idea of having our own singing band. which i immediately agreed. we make nice music together. such people are hard to come by you know. anyways, yes, i am still not done with the program, in the process still, 80% done i think. i am so screwed. the program was suppose to be sent for print today but i guess, thats what you get for last minute jobs. its not easy you know. i am quite a prefectionist.

so, advert time. please come to my concert. in esplanade concert hall ok. first time big performance there. so must all come, dress nice nice, take photos with me and give me lots of flowers! hehehe.

i m not kidding. i am serious about you coming with flowers!
